The single biggest problem when marking a scribe line on a fillet has always been holding the fillet firmly in position and without flexing, so the best that could be achieved was a guideline.

How Does Scribe-Mate Work?
The scribe tools can be located in a variety of locations, and with the aid of the accessories is ‘multi-purpose'; so can be fully universal.
The unique, innovative Scribe-Mate tools are fitted with a clamp which revolves through 360 degrees. The scribe tools can be located into pre-drilled 3mm and 5mm holes in cabinets and carcasses. Alternatively, where there are no pre-drilled holes, 'shoulders' on the tool and/or removable location plates can be used. The clamps hold scribes firmly in position – no movement or ‘flexing' – so an accurate and reliable line can be drawn. Now you can confidently cut to the scribe line in the knowledge that the scribe will fit perfectly into the gap without the need for further ‘shaving'. You will also discover you need minimal caulking, if at all. You will be impressed how quick and accurate the whole procedure is and how much time you will save!
Scribe-Mate is supplied in sets of three, so accommodates any length of fillet. The set also comprises accessories which enable you to accurately mark scribes in any position and situation. The adjustable clamps accommodate board thicknesses from 12mm to 25mm
